PAYROLL STUBS -- Please provide copies of pay stubs for both the borrower and co-borrower.
W-2'S AND FEDERAL INCOME TAX RETURNS -- Please provide copies of the last 2 years of W-2's and federal income tax returns, including all schedules.
BANK STATEMENTS --Please provide copies of last 2 months bank statements, including ALL pages.
HARDSHIP LETTER--Please provide an explanation, as to what circumstances have led you to default on your mortgage. (i.e., Loss of Job, medical bills, death of the primary wage earner, divorce...). The letter must be signed, dated and provide a current contact number. If you are unable to provide any of the requested documents on this list, the reason must be referenced in this Hardship Letter.
AUTHORIZATION TO RELEASE INFORMATION FORM--We will provide you with this form to sign, upon receipt of your mortgage statement/s.
FINANCIAL WORKSHEET--Information for both borrower and co-borrower must be included and filled out completely. We will provide you this worksheet to fill out.
MORTGAGE STATEMENTS/COUPONS -- Please provide copies of your most recent Mortgage Statement or Coupon on your property including 1st and 2nd mortgages.
HOA INVOICE -- Please provide an HOA Statement, if applicable.
LISTING AGREEMENT -- Realtors need to provide the Listing Agreement, Property MLS Listing, and a CMA.
